For rental companies and professionals

This page is for rental companies and professionals whose offers appear, or could appear, on our site. Rent Las Terrenas is an independent platform operated by THERD SRL. The site does not belong to any rental company, and being listed does not mean being a partner of the platform.

How listing works

We publish public information: the company name, its offers, its prices (with the date they were collected) and known conditions such as the deposit, the license required or delivery. We never publish your phone number, WhatsApp, email address, website or exact address.

Visitor requests are received by our team and are not forwarded automatically to any rental company. We may contact you to confirm the price and availability of an offer; a customer's details are only passed on to you with the customer's agreement.

Corrections and removal

If information about your company is wrong or out of date, or if you would rather not appear on the site, write to us using the form below this text. Include the company name, the offer or detail concerned and the change you are requesting. We may ask you to confirm that you represent the company.

Official prices and photos

You can send us your current prices and conditions so that the published information is more accurate. Like every price on the site, they will be shown with their date. Please also tell us when they change: a price that has not been checked for 7 days is labeled “to reconfirm”, and after 30 days without a check it is no longer used to sort offers or calculate totals.

Vehicle images on the site are generic illustrations unless stated otherwise. If you would like us to show photos of your vehicles, send them along with confirmation that you hold the rights to them and allow us to publish them.

Visibility options

Sponsored placements may be offered later. They will always carry a “Sponsored” label and will never change the order of offers when a visitor sorts by price. At this stage, we do not take any payment. If you would like to hear about these options when they become available, say so in your message.
